Capitol IT Services was started in 2011 by IT veteran Jose Ramos to provide quality IT Services to small business and charities in the Washington DC area. Having over 20 years of experience in the IT industry Jose used his knowledge and experience to serve customers both large and small. With 10 years of that experience being in the particular area of non-profits technology Capitol IT Services initially focused on that industry to serve. We have since expanded to serve small businesses and government customers while keeping our core non-profit clients front and center.

The team here at Capitol IT Services has been built to provide immediate support to our customers. You will be assigned an account manager who will know you and your needs best but you will also have direct access to our support team when you need it.
